This course is designed for those who have already purchased or plans to purchases the 2020 HeartCode BLS online course with registration and want a more flexiblity with scheduling. Who should take this course?
This class is designed for those who work in the healthcare field, such as nurses, traveling nurses, nursing students, dentists, pre-med students, pharmacists, and EMTs. Although, anyone may take this course. Topics covered will be geared toward those in a healthcare environment. Meets Healthcare Recruiter Requirements.
What the class covers: The class topics include CPR/AED for Adults, children, and infants and obstructed airways.
What the Students Receive: You will receive an AHA BLS Provider card valid for two years.
Enrollment through the AHA website does not secure a skills appointment. Learners must register for their training here, complete the online portion of the course (Heartcode BLS), and then schedule an appointment for skills.
Your confirmation email will include access to the American Heart Association Heartcode BLS online course (If purchased). The online course must be completed 10 hours prior to your appointment time or it will be canceled.
If you are looking for a date or time ourside of our scheduled courses please conact us and will try and accomodate.
You are required to complete the Heartcode BLS Online course prior to the Skills session. If you already Completed the Heartcode Course please select no and be prepared to email your completion certificate within 24 hours of your skills session or it will be canceled.
